Our portfolio includes galvanically isolated DC/DC converters and Motor Drive Solutions that support reliable, efficient and sustainable power conversion for multinational customers. As the global shift toward renewable energy accelerates, we are expanding — and we are now looking for a Technical Sales professional to help drive our commercial growth.
About the Role
As a Technical Sales professional, you will work both with existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities in global markets. You will engage with international companies, understand their technical requirements and provide high‑value solutions based on our advanced power conversion technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining long‑term relationship building with proactive market development, and who thrives in a technically advanced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Development
Support and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and success.
Actively identify, approach and acquire new customers and applications within renewable energy and industrial power conversion.
Technical & Commercial Sales Work
Understand customer technical specifications and turn them into tailored solutions.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for DC/DC converters and Motor Drive Solutions.
Lead the full sales process from first contact to negotiation and closing.
Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management to influence product roadmaps and market strategies.
Collaborate with engineering, operations and service teams to secure solid solutions and high customer value.
Qualifications
Technical or commercial degree — preferably electrical engineering.
Experience from B2B technical or industrial sales.
Comfortable working with both existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
Ability to work in international markets.
Driver’s license.
