Vi växer och behöver förstärkning med en produktutvecklare inom avbrottsfri kraft. Du ingår i ett team som idag består av sex personer. Arbetet består av att utveckla nya och vidareutveckla befintliga kraftelektronikmoduler, främst för användning i våra system för avbrottsfri motordrift.

I rollen som utvecklingsingenjör förväntas du:

Tillföra ny kompetens inom kraftelektronikområdet, alternativtVara utvecklingsbar inom detta område genom goda baskunskaper och ett gediget teknikintresse.Samarbeta i projekt med interna och externa resurser.Din profil

Du har en högskoleutbildning inom elektroteknik, helst med kraftelektronikinriktning. Du har goda kunskaper i engelska, bra datorvana och gärna erfarenhet från simulering. Som person är du noggrann och van att arbeta i projekt mot uppsatta tidsramar. Arbetslivserfarenhet från liknande verksamhet är ett plus men inget måste.

KraftPowercon finns i ljusa och fräscha lokaler centralt på Västra Industriområdet i expansiva Växjö. Vi är ett globalt företag med tillverkning i Växjö, Surte, Kina och Indien och arbetar med avbrottsfri kraft, likriktare för vattenrening, ytbehandling och luftrening.

This position includes establishing our brand name on Asian markets and growing sales of Pulse Rectifiers for electrochemical processes. The successful applicant is expected to contribute with input about sales- and price strategies and to present background material for annual budgets. She/He is then responsible for implementing the strategies and achieving the budgets. 


The list of potential Customers in Asia is very long!

The main challenges are to individually manage the prioritization of the Customers and to meet them as quickly as possible in order of priority. You will be expected to manage your job by yourself and often on your own to travel extensively in the area.
You will naturally be introduced and trained and you will be supported from Sweden, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

You will report to the Business Unit Director (B U D) presently stationed in the Swedish HQ.


Your background is most likely in industrial sales (B2B). We presume you can present a successful track-record from such sales and that the products you have promoted are at an advanced level.
The ideal candidate has a natural talent for creating and maintaining relationships. You have the undefined ability to make people feel good around you! This ability is crucial for us as we are convinced that business is made between people and not by emails or faxes! We regard personal assets much more important than technical know-how and/or experience from the application!
As the main markets are in China and on Taiwan, you must have experience in doing business in those areas.

You are probably in your early thirties with a family situation allowing long hours and extensive travelling.

You are driven by succeeding and generating results!
