Join KraftPowercon Sweden AB as a High Voltage Field Service Engineer and be part of a global team driving innovation and reliability in high-voltage solutions.
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our customer support operations. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service—both remotely and on-site—by troubleshooting, repairing, commissioning, and upgrading our HV products and solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering expert technical support.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Leading commissioning and validation of HV systems.
- Supporting spare parts sales and coordinating service activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence.
- Documenting service visits and providing feedback for product improvement.
- Conducting customer training and supporting global service agents.
What You Bring
- Education: Electrical Engineering or Technician
- Experience:
- 4+ years in technical field service (remote/on-site) or test engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Rectifiers (SCR, SMPS) and Transformers.
- Proven ability to build customer trust and solve problems using structured methods.
- International service experience and project leadership.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Personal qualities:
- Customer-focused, communicative, and professional.
- Self-driven with strategic thinking and leadership qualities.
- Organized, quality-oriented, and meticulous.
- Languages: Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Flexibility to support urgent service requests outside office hours.
